The Role: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of our partner's UK and International website trading to enhance site performance significantly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and deploying on-site content and promotions to captivate and engage customers.
• Utilizing analytics to evaluate and optimize website and app performance for maximum efficiency and sales.
• Collaborating with the CRM team to uncover direct sales opportunities, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
• Spearheading the digital strategy to achieve key performance indicators, including website conversion rates, average order values, and meeting sales and margin targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in a similar B2C E-Commerce role.
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus and its associated apps, with a track record of leveraging technology to drive business growth.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
